Food is my passion. My childhood was a blend of two great food worlds: My New England based grandmother with her classic American cooking and my French grandmother with her use of the original “farm to table” cuisine. Having experienced the joy of wonderful family meals at an early age, I believe it is never too soon to fall in love with food.
Great food is a simple equation of fresh ingredients and love. Heavily influenced by my travels through Europe and my experience of cooking both in Boston and New York; my food is tasteful and rustic with an innovative twist. The menu changes seasonally and is very market driven. I strive to impart my love of flavors, textures and technique into every dish.
The Tangled Vine offers a unique environment to relax and explore our food and wine. Whether it is a few small bites, a glass of wine, or a full meal, you are invited to experience new flavors and pleasures. It gives me great satisfaction knowing my food is well matched with fantastic wine and hospitality.
